The competition involves a 3 stage system and the best bands will be chosen to progress through each stage. Last year saw a fantastic final and crowned Liverpool`s Rebbeca as the overall winners. Rebbeca will be touring with Rock Idols this year playing non competitive promotional sets at each first round heat.

· University of Essex - 13/12
· University of Sussex - 16/11
· University of Birmingham - 14/11
· University of Lancaster - 07/11

Rock Idols not only offers bands the chance to promote themselves to large crowds of potential fans but we also have a recently launched fully interactive website where all bands can upload mp3s for downloads, biographies, gig dates, photos and other information.
